Gardeners Hand Soap

Gardens Hand Soap cut and ready to label for the market
If you are a gardener like myself and don’t like to wear gloves in the garden.
Well for me it is basically because my hands are so small I can’t find any gloves that will fit well.
A really good Gardeners soap is what you will need.
After a few trials and errors I came up with a Gardeners Soap Recipe that I sell out of at every market! You will love it!
This soap will help to keep your hands soft and smooth through the growing season.
This is one of the most popular soaps in the spring.
Using the basic recipe #5
The Oils
- 1134 grams Palm Oil
- 907 grams Olive Oil
- 794 grams Coconut Oil
- 100 grams Grapeseed Oil
- 85 grams Almond Oil
The Lye/Water Mix
- 4.8 cups (1125 grams) Water
- 427 grams lye
Scent and Additives
- 1/2 cup Poppy Seeds
- 2 oz of essential oils (I use 1/2 Lemon and 1/2 Rosemary)
The Poppy Seeds can be added when you add the Essential Oils
Gardener’s soap will gently clean and with the poppy seeds added will scrub without the abrasiveness of pumice.
The Rosemary and Lemon Essential Oils make this a clean and refreshing scented soap. Rosemary is also good for eczema and muscle pain while Lemon is a refreshing, cleansing oil with antiseptic properties.
