If you are going to be making soap, you will need to be sure that your are complying to the rules and regulations out there when it comes to labeling your products.
There is a law about the listing of ingredients on your soap products, but if you are selling at markets, it is unlikely that you will be subject to inspection.
When labeling your soap it is wise to assume you will at some time or other be subject to an inspection, and if you have a website or facebook page, you will need to be sure to comply to all rules.
If you are putting yourself out there make sure you comply.

Your are right the cost of natural handmade soap has been going up. The cost of insurances etc. all have to be added
into the cost of producing your soap. I would hope that the cost would not cause greater bad health effects. The customers
I have are willing to pay the price to know they are using chemical free products. I try to keep my prices as low as I can for them.
